Adaptogenic Hot Chocolate
Enjoy this hot chocolate in the morning in place of coffee for a low caffeine alternative that’s still comforting, delicious, and satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water or milk, your choice
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon ROOT STRESS RELIEF powder 1 tea spoon maca powder
- 1 tea spoon coconut oil
- 1 table spoon honey
- Cinnamon as needed
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil.
- Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
- Makes 1 to 2 servings.
