Ingredients:
- ½ cup mix vegetables of your choice - washed and blanched (carrot, beans, peas, corn, etc.)
- 2 tsp of ROOT GUT HEALTH BOOSTER powder.
- 1 tsp arrowroot flour or cornflour to thicken the soup
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- You can add some crispy fried noodles to make it interesting for kids
Directions:

- Filter the soup base and continue to boil
- Add the blanched vegetables
- Add arrowroot powder diluted in water to thicken the soup
