Gingery Green Protein Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Super cleansing and immune-boosting, this smoothie bowl tastes as good as it is good for you. It’s packed with healthy fats, detoxifying greens, plant-based protein, and even probiotics for that good gut health.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup water
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ avocado
- 1-inch peeled ginger
- 2 tsp Rootcare Green ROOT IMMUNE BOOSTER powder
- Honey to taste (optional)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
- Start blending on low and slowly increase speed.
- If the blade gets stuck, pause and mix the ingredients a bit, then continue blending until fully incorporated.
- Pour/spatula into a bowl and enjoy! You can add some dry fruits, nuts on the top.
