Gingery Green Protein Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 1-inch peeled ginger

  • Honey to taste (optional)

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
  • Start blending on low and slowly increase speed.
