Immunity Building Soup

Try this healthy, flu-fighting Immunity building soup that is highly nutritious. Enjoy a hot cup of soup to stay warm while enjoying chilling winters!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mix vegetables of your choice - washed and blanched (carrot, beans, peas, corn, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon ROOT STRESS RELIEF powder 
  • 1 tsp arrowroot flour or cornflour to thicken the soup
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • You can add some crispy fried noodles to make it interesting for kids.

Directions:

  • Bring to boil 2 cups of water or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon ROOT STRESS RELIEF powder 
  • Filter the soup base and continue to boil
  • Add the blanched vegetables
  • Add arrowroot powder or corn floor powder diluted in water to thicken the soup
  • Season with salt and pepper & serve hot
